Conscious Evolution

The level of our consciousness evolves through adaptability as a response to the environment around us.  Our thoughts and emotions reflect in the foreground of the world around us - as within so without. Greater self-awareness, a regulated nervous system, creating harmony with nature, benefits not only ourselves, it also ripples out into society as a whole.

“If we could change ourselves, the tendencies in the world would also change.” ~ Mahatma Gandhi

Therapies

Our innate ability to self heal is often obscured by fractured mind and body states, that can be triggered by life circumstances.  Stress acts like static interference in the energetic field, limiting our capacity to self-soothe.

Whether it’s taking space to feel the emotional body, or energetically reconnecting with the spirit of nature, these therapies aim to bring you back to your truth, from what may have been suppressed, forgotten or concealed from view.

Yoga Classes

I offer a syncretic approach to yoga that incorporates elements from various traditions - Katonah Yoga®, classical Hatha, Vinyasa and Somatics, blended with theory, sacred geometry, Andean mythology, metaphor and imagination. I seek to create a comprehensive practice, designed to potentiate personal, communal, physical, mental, and spiritual well-being.

Seeds of Hope - Gaza Appeal

A seed nurtured to feed and shelter many

My friend Ashraf, is now a 20 year young man living in Gaza.  He and his family have been displaced 20 times - from his home and village in Khuza’a, that has now been completely destroyed.  When I first met them in March ‘24, they were huddled into a makeshift shelter in Rafah, that was falling apart at the seems.  Since then we have been able to send money for food, medicine, transport and shelter.

Seeds of Hope are classes/workshops which have included yoga, energy work, breathwork and sound baths. 100% of proceeds goes directly to the Raida family. Follow their story on my instagram here or donate below.
